Licences

A licence is the permission which the design holder gives to a third party to use the design of his products or the drawings thereof under specific conditions. It makes sense to set out agreements of this type in a contract and to arrange for an abridged declaration of this to be recorded with the design registration in the design register. In this way, the agreements are also known to third parties and the licensee, together with you, and sometimes the licensee alone, can take action against infringers.

The staff in our design and legal department have substantial experience in drawing up contracts of this type, completely tailored to your circumstances.
