After graduating from Tomsk State University with a degree in fluid, gas and plasma mechanics where she focused on the theoretical aspects of filtration problems, her theoretical research was devoted to new solutions in the gas industry with an eye to sustainability.
During her PhD research, Olesya focused on developing simple and cost-effective technical solutions that can be implemented to responsibly produce hydrogen and helium and meet the growing demand for clean energy.
In 2021, Olesya began as a patent attorney in training, specialising in patent issues in the sectors of software and electric engineering.
Olesya focuses on quality, has a punctual approach to work, analytical skills and an open and inquisitive spirit. She is open to changes and has a keen eye for new developments.
