Yesterday we sat down with the PHIA board to reflect on the past year and to lay the groundwork for the upcoming edition, which kicks off in September.
On behalf of A&S, Maarten van den Berg, Giorgio Meulman and Emma Wong were present, joined by Joep Weterman, Claas van Gellicum and Jonas Boonstra from PHIA.
Great to see that Het Financieele Dagblad recently covered the PHIA award ceremony at Theater Rotterdam in detail, where Gateway Bio and HaptonTech took home the top prizes. The article paints a vivid picture of the evening, from the nerves backstage to the critical jury (including Philips CEO Roy Jakobs), and from the young entrepreneurs’ pitches to the celebration afterwards.
