A new direction for Solar Team Twente

Last week, our colleague Manon Frankenhuizen attended an event hosted by one of our strategic partners Solar Team Twente, where the team unveiled its new plans.

For more than 20 years, Solar Team Twente has been developing high-tech solar-powered cars and competing in long-distance highway races across the Australian and South African roads. Through these innovations, the team has demonstrated the global potential of solar energy.

Starting from the next edition, the team will take a new direction. Solar Team Twente will leave the familiar asphalt behind and move into rally racing, continuing to rely on solar energy.
