Arnold & Siedsma at the Philips Innovation Awards Coaching Day

Early February, our colleagues Karsten Koelewijn, Guido Meindertsma, Maarten van den Berg and Manon Frankenhuizen had an inspiring afternoon at the Philips Innovation Awards Coaching Day!

Karsten and Guido led a session on “Protecting your ideas”, in which they guided startups on how to protect their inventions from a technical perspective. They shared insights on patents, their strategic value, and how startups can safely share and develop their innovation when working with partners or investors.

Meanwhile, Manon and Maarten hosted a broader session, where startups could ask questions about patents, trademarks and IP strategy.

Both teams had many great conversations and were able to help numerous startups navigate the world of IP. The afternoon wrapped up with a relaxed networking drink, making for a productive and enjoyable event.
