Five Arnold & Siedsma colleagues recognised in the Lexology Index: IP 2026
Five of our colleagues have been recognised in the Lexology Index: IP 2026, the report formerly known as Who’s Who Legal.
Joop Elzas and Sandra Bauwens have both been named Highly Recommended in the category IP – Trademark Agents & Attorneys, a tier reserved for around 30 to 35 percent of listed practitioners. Martin Luten is listed as Recommended for IP – Patent Agents & Attorneys, and Michiel Rijsdijk and Remco van Leeuwen are both listed as Recommended for IP – Trademarks.
The Lexology Index has been researching the global legal market for more than 25 years. Its rankings are not based on submissions alone: they are built on thousands of interviews and recommendations from clients and fellow practitioners around the world. Fewer than half of the individuals considered make the list, which makes an entry a reliable indication of how the market values someone’s work.
For us, the result says something about the breadth of the team as much as about the individuals. Patents and trademarks, prosecution and litigation, the Netherlands and Belgium: the recognition is spread across the disciplines and offices we bring together under one roof, which is exactly how our clients experience our work.
