Michiel Rijsdijk is IP Attorney at law and partner at Arnold & Siedsma. Michiel has an excellent reputation in the field of trademark and patent matters. He has conducted major national and international patent proceedings and has been involved as a litigator in well-known trademark law cases.
Michiel’s practice mainly consists of litigation in the field of intellectual property law, which includes coordinating international disputes and advising clients on intellectual property strategies. He is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Licensing Executive Society (LES), the Benelux Vereniging voor Merken en Modellenrecht (BMM) [Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law] and the Vereniging voor Auteursrecht (VvA) [Copyright Association]. He is currently an active member of the regulatory team of the Association of European Trademark Owners (MARQUES) and the anti-counterfeit committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). He also lectures and publishes on a regular basis.
