Arnold & Siedsma Breda

Our office in Breda is located in a distinctive office building in the city centre, at walking distance from Breda Central Station.

From our office in Breda, Arnold & Siedsma covers the western side of the southern Netherlands. The office in Breda was one of the first offices of Arnold & Siedsma, and was set up at the end of the 1970s. Many of Arnold & Siedsma’s offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland have since been set up on the basis of this initial office model. There are two reasons behind the policy of creating a close-knit network of different offices: Our organisation especially wants to offer a point of contact close to you and other clients. On the other hand, with its branch offices, our company aims to ensure short lines of communication to the patent bodies, such as the office in The Hague close to the NL Patent Office and court of The Hague – the only body authorised to handle patent cases – and our office in Munich just around the corner from the European Patent Office (EPO).

Since our office was set up in Breda, it has grown from a one-man operation into a full-service organisation with trademarks and designs, and with patent expertise in the fields of chemistry, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Arnold & Siedsma specialists have extensive experience in advising various organisations in the SME sector, multinationals, high-tech companies and institutions, and are conversant with the specific and at the same time vastly different dynamics and requirements associated with working for such diverse types of companies and institutions.

Since November 2024, we are an official partner of Breda Robotics. As experts in intellectual property, we will support entrepreneurs, students, teachers, and employees connected to Breda Robotics in protecting and leveraging innovations in robotics and other Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Together, we contribute to growth and innovation in the robotics sector across the greater Breda region.

We are also a partner of B’Wise. Through this collaboration, we help startups and inventors take their innovative ideas to the next level. By offering our expertise in intellectual property, we provide the protection and strategy needed to safeguard ideas and successfully scale them in the market.
