Startup Nijmegen event recap: Trademark Law workshop by Loes van den Winkel and Jerre Edens

On 28 January, our colleagues Loes van den Winkel and Jerre Edens led an engaging workshop on trademark law for startups and entrepreneurs at StartUp Nijmegen.

Participants explored how to make their brand and business name not only creative and distinctive, but also legally protected.

From the fundamentals of intellectual property, through practical tips for registration and maintenance, to using a brand strategically to build value and trust with clients and investors, everything was covered.

A great blend of theory and hands-on practice, giving entrepreneurs tools they can apply immediately!
