Board Appointment: Paul Hylarides joins Rouse International Holding Leadership

We are pleased to announce that, on 30 October 2025, our Arnold & Siedsma colleague Paul Hylarides was appointed as a Member of the Board and Director of Rouse International Holding Ltd.

Paul joins seven other directors – including a representative from our investor partner MML, who together determine the strategic direction of our holding company: Luke Minford, Paolo Tavolato, Sara Holder, Jon Gardiner, Julia Hayhoe, Paul Raleigh, and Robert Devonshire (MML).

We congratulate Paul on this appointment. It marks a significant milestone in strengthening international collaboration across the Rouse Group and building a strong, forward-looking IP network worldwide.
