Patent Litigation Europe (PLE) 2026 in Amsterdam

Last week, Aleidus van ‘t Hof and Emma Wong represented Arnold & Siedsma at Patent Litigation Europe (PLE) 2026 in Amsterdam. 

The conference featured a strong and substantive programme, with insightful sessions led by experienced litigators and judges. The panel format made the sessions lively and enabled direct discussion of differences and similarities between European jurisdictions for each topic. The programme included two parallel tracks, focusing on Pharma & Biotech and Tech & Innovation. 

PLE also offered excellent networking opportunities. Aleidus and Emma enjoyed engaging conversations with many IP specialists from the field.
