Arnold & Siedsma co-hosts Shenzhen Tech IP Gathering

On 11 June 2025, Arnold & Siedsma co-hosted the Shenzhen Tech IP Gathering at the St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an, together with Rouse and Lusheng Law Firm. 

The event brought together in-house IP counsels from the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The programme was moderated by Amanda Yang, with speakers including Gerwald Verdijck, Eddie Wang, Landy Jiang, Huy Nguyen, Michiel Rijsdijk, Liping Xu, and Sophia Hou. James Godefroy, Adelaide Yu, and Theresa Mak also attended. 

Topics covered building a high-impact EU patent portfolio with a focus on earlier certainty and stronger opposition positioning, global patent planning strategies, EU–China litigation comparisons, Vietnam patent civil litigation, and trade secret litigation and administrative patent enforcement in China.
