Nicole has been working at Arnold & Siedsma since 2007. After completing her studies in business law with a specialization in Intellectual Property in Leiden, she started working as a trademark and design attorney at the office in The Hague. She now has almost 17 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property and advises domestic and foreign multinationals with large international trademark portfolios as well as clients from the SME segment on the protection, enforcement and portfolio management of trademarks and designs.

Nicole also assists her clients with various opposition matters, infringement and enforcement cases for trademarks and designs, the removal of counterfeit goods from web shops and domain name conflicts.

In 2021, Nicole obtained her WSET Level 3 Wine qualification diploma with Distinction. Stemming from her interest in wine, Nicole now applies the acquired knowledge in her practice, enabling her to provide even more targeted advice to her clients active in the wine industry regarding their trademarks and designs
