Profile

Dania has been associated with Arnold & Siedsma as an IP lawyer since early 2024. She advises and litigates in the field of intellectual property. In this context, she is involved in various infringement cases, (commercial) contracts and liability issues.

With her broad master’s degree from Radboud University, Dania has knowledge of various civil law subjects, such as intellectual property, contract law, product liability and procedural law. She also obtained a master’s degree in Internet, Intellectual Property and ICT at the VU University Amsterdam, further expanding and deepening her knowledge of intellectual property law. In addition to her studies, she gained practical experience with a student internship at Arnold & Siedsma, during which she became enthusiastically convinced to move into IP law.
Thanks to her versatile, but also specialized background, Dania is able to place intellectual property issues in a broader perspective in order to arrive at the best solutions.
