Robin joined Arnold & Siedsma as an attorney in May 2019. Robin graduated from VU University Amsterdam in 2018 with a major in Intellectual Property Law.
Robin’s practice consists of advising and litigating on intellectual property rights in the broadest sense, with a focus on patent law. She regularly forms a team together with our patent attorneys to address the various issues from clients. With short lines of communication, Robin is able to energetically conduct patent proceedings together with fellow attorneys and our patent attorneys. The patent attorneys’ in-depth and specialist technical knowledge enables Robin to delve even deeper into the case.
Robin also regularly teams up with our trademark & design attorneys on trademark and design issues. She also regularly handles copyright and trade secret issues. In addition, Robin drafts, and reviews, various types of agreements.
