Since 2021, Daniel has reinforced the Arnold & Siedsma team. His tasks include advising and litigating intellectual property law in the widest sense of the word. Before Daniel began as a lawyer, he worked as a student at Arnold & Siedsma.
In the previous period, he was a working student and student trainee in the area of intellectual property at various law firms in Amsterdam. This has made Daniel aware of his passion for advocacy and the entire intellectual property law in this profession.
In 2020, Daniel graduated with a Masters in IT Law from the University of Groningen, with specialisation in intellectual property law. In his master’s thesis he researched the implications of developments on the field of artificial intelligence for intellectual property law.
